VROF

We cut 4 hours of manual work
to within 1 minute.

4 hours by hand → within 1 minute to run · scheduling status analysis · carried out in 2026

VROF steps into your workplace to see where time and effort are lost, then solves it with software. You can start right away without preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP).

The scheduling status analysis screen we built. The left side holds the Chart Center, Table Center, Collection, and Schedule menus; the body shows per-channel scheduling volume comparison, own-content share, weekly and monthly scheduling trends, and charts comparing the same period of the previous year and cumulative totals.

  • There is work that runs on Excel and KakaoTalk.

Nobody knows who did what when, and every month the same person works the same overtime.

  • You've been told to adopt AI, but don't know where to attach it.

You've seen many demos but haven't found the spot that actually fits your work.

  • You commissioned development, but nobody uses it.

It came out as specified. But people in the field still work the old way.

We don't start from a requirements specification.

A specification is a document with the answer already set — set before anyone looked at the field. So we start not from an answer but from the field.

  1. 1

    Observe 1–2 weeks

We watch the real work at your side — Excel files, KakaoTalk rooms, and manual logs, exactly as they are.

Workflow diagram · time measurement sheet

  2. 2

    Define 1 week

We pick one repetition — the most costly one, not everything. What not to do is decided together as well.

Problem definition document · expected impact

  3. 3

    Build 2–8 weeks

We build what fits the user's hands first. Every week we show you something working.

    A working system

  4. 4

    Handover 2 weeks

We confirm the effect with operational data, then hand over the code, documentation, and training.

The forgery verdict comes at the very moment identity verification is in progress

Technology that analyzes forgery after the fact already exists. If the verdict comes too late, there is nothing you can do with it, so the goal was to get the verdict while the procedure is still in progress. It is a national R&D project carried out under the 중소벤처기업부 (Ministry of SMEs and Startups) 창업성장기술개발사업 (Startup Growth Technology Development Program), and the outcome was AntiFake, for which a patent was filed.

Frequently asked questions

항목
9

Let us answer these upfront.

Can you handle large-scale projects?

Yes. We keep the standing organization small and form a team to match the project scale. The CEO takes problem definition, design, and core implementation directly; when the scope widens, developers with the needed skills join on a per-project basis. Who handles which part is confirmed and communicated before work begins. We do not subcontract by handing over the entire requirements. The longest project by duration was a 24-month national R&D project carried out as project lead at Eenter Co., Ltd. ((주)이엔터). With the KRW 500 million government grant plus the private contribution, the total project cost was KRW 630 million, and it received a success judgment in the final evaluation.

Is it okay to contact you before our requirements are organized?

That is normal, and it is where we start. A polished specification does make things faster, but you don't need one. We go to the site ourselves and even write up, in a document, what should be built. A single line like “this task takes too much time” is enough to start.

How is the cost estimated?

The unit depends on the project scale. Work lasting more than a month is estimated in man-months (M/M); work that finishes within a month is estimated by the week — attaching a monthly unit to a short job would inflate it beyond the actual effort. Either way, the observation and definition phases are free. We go into the field, check how time and effort can be saved, and deliver a problem definition document with expected impact. You decide whether to commission the build based on that; costs start from the build phase.

What happens if we need to stop midway or request a refund?

Delivered work is not refunded. If you ask to stop during the work, we divide the contract total by the full period and settle only the time actually invested up to that point.

What about maintenance after the handover?

We provide 3 months of free maintenance after delivery, with the period finalized in the contract before project kickoff. Once an inquiry is received, we will review it and provide an action plan within 48 hours. After the free period, revisions and support are billed at an actual cost of 50,000 KRW per hour, charging only for the time actually worked. If ongoing support is required, a separate monthly operations contract can be arranged.

Does it integrate with existing systems?

Most projects do. We use whatever fits the situation: direct database integration, file-based, screen automation, and so on.

Is automated data collection legally fine?

We collect only public data, or data the client has access rights to.

Do you take over projects another vendor stopped midway?

Yes. We first assess the state of the existing code handover, then tell you whether it is better to continue or rebuild.

Can you participate in government R&D projects?

Yes. We carried out two national R&D projects as project lead: the Small and Medium Enterprise Technology Innovation Development Project (중소기업기술혁신개발사업, KRW 500 million government grant) and the Startup Growth Technology Development Project (창업성장기술개발사업, KRW 120 million). The former was led by the CEO while serving as development team lead at Eenter Co., Ltd. ((주)이엔터), and the latter as VROF CEO. Both were handled directly from writing the research and development plan and the presentation evaluation through to the end of the project. So we can join as a participating institution and also help decide which program to apply for and how to structure the plan, from the preparation stage.
