Work

Sales status scattered across Coupang, Naver, and Cafe24 in a single screen

Order data that used to be fetched by logging into each store was automatically collected across three platforms, aggregated on a common standard, and gathered into a single screen.

Delivered shopping-mall sales dashboard. At the top, total orders, total sales, refunds, and net sales sit as metrics with all values blurred out. Below are a monthly daily sales trend chart and store-status cards per platform; each card keeps the Coupang·cafe24·naver label, while store names and collected counts are blurred out.

Background

A company doesn’t sell on just one channel. The same product is listed on Naver Smart Store, on Coupang, and on its own mall (Cafe24). With two brands, the number of stores doubles, and the number of admin screens grows with the number of stores.

What we saw on site

To check sales status, staff had to log in to each platform, set a date range, and download an Excel file. With seven stores, that meant seven times. The downloaded files had different column names per platform, and order statuses were called different things. In the end, combining them became manual work again.

The problem we defined

Collecting the data wasn’t the problem—aggregating it on a common standard was. Piling up orders from three platforms as-is makes the totals inconsistent. Unless you decide how to reflect cancellations and refunds, the numbers on the screen will diverge from the platform admin screens.

What we built

  • Three platform collectors — for Naver Smart Store, Coupang, and Cafe24. Each has different authentication methods and data formats, so they were built separately
  • Automatic Cafe24 token renewal — OAuth tokens expire. When one expires, collection quietly stops, and you only notice it days later. We tied browser authentication through token issuance and renewal into one automatic flow
  • Standardized storage — The platform-specific columns are normalized into one format and stored in the database. To combine the data, it has to share one shape first
  • Net sales that reflect refunds — Apart from gross sales, a value with refunds deducted is computed separately. This is the amount that actually stays in hand
  • Unified dashboard and Excel export — See collection status per store and per platform, plus sales trends by period, on one screen, and export exactly what you see on screen to Excel

Results

Delivered within the 2-week contract deadline. Sales status scattered across three platforms can now be checked on one screen and exported to Excel for any needed period.
